Successfully entering the life insurance industry is not easy for those identifying as female from BIPOC communities. Less than 5% of independent agencies have a Person of Color in a leadership role. Even fewer have Women of Color.

Art Life Insurance Agency (ALIA) was founded on the view that no one should be ignored for opportunities. Our mission is to change this with the initiative to increase representation within the Insurance industry through empowering BIPOC females with certified insurance sales experts with one-on-one support through mentorship, coaching, and training services. We teach agents more than selling insurance—our deep commitment instills bigger dreams.

We developed a digital platform to provide our agents with the tools for success with assistance with marketing, advertising, and cutting-edge tools to become independent insurance professionals and successfully sell Life Insurance.

We support and empower our agents to understand all the ins and outs of running a successful independent insurance agency with extensive mentoring, training opportunities, and state-of-the-art digital tools and strategies. 

From beginner agents to proficient life insurance agents, ALIA’s coaching is comprehensive and effective. When we empower BIPOC females, they develop the knowledge, confidence, and tools to educate and guide insurance solutions and products to help bridge the financial wealth gap within these underrepresented Multicultural communities.
